Returns and Refund Policy
All goods purchased from feragostyle.com in which there are no defects, meets the description of what was purchased and were sold in good condition shall not be returned to nor accepted by Ferago Style.
Kindly make use of the size chart and measure your body to be sure of your accurate size. Also refer to the shoe description for any needed adjustments to dress size where needed.
Where style are delivered and defects are detected on the dress, the buyer is to initiate the return process within 48hours and is entitled to a refund or exchange if dress are returned in the exact same condition as delivered.
Dress returned due to defects will be checked and if defects are confirmed, refunds would be initiated within 48hours. However if no defect is detected the dress will be returned to the buyer.
Dressrs that are not in good condition upon receipt of returns are not eligible for refunds or exchange and will be returned back to the customer within 48hours.
NOTE: Please note that customer bears the cost of the returning the shoes not Ferago Style.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders placed on Feragostyle.com can only be canceled within 24hours of payment. However the 3% transaction charge charged by our payment platform; Paystack would be deducted from the amount paid.
Ferago Style reserves the right to cancel any order in a situation where we are unable to meet the requirements for the order placed. However Ferago Style will ensure that any cancellation of order is communicated to the concerned customer at the appropriate time.
Please note that orders cancelled by Ferago Style will be fully refunded (Paystack transaction charges included).
